☆ Daily Inspiration (Email + Facebook): A Short & Simple Passage, Quote, Question, or Bite-Size Exercise designed to help you explore spaciousness while giving you light support for your physical clutter clearing. (Facebook participation is optional but encouraged.)

☆ A Weekly Group Session (via Zoom): We will gather 3 times during the 21-day experience to set intentions, create accountability, offer ideas, and celebrate successes together. (Also optional but so much fun to know you’re not alone in your clutter challenges!)

☆ Weekly Workout (Your Home or Office): You get to choose how much time to give your focus project. Break it into daily sprints or a weekly workout.
