“Gratitude is the foundation for all prayer. When you say thank you, you fall into grace.” –Bob Sima
Musicians who compose their own songs are constantly building a legacy, and this one is a pied-piper of Love. Bob Sima is part muse and the lyrics of his songs are worthy of printing on your heart. I share a few below in this tribute to him as an everyday beacon. His music reminds us to believe, to stand together, to be the change. It calms and activates. It moves us to dance and it moves through us to heal. It transforms.
I had the blessing of meeting Bob in person this summer, along with his beautiful partner & new bride, Shannon Plummer, a beacon in her own light. Together they bring harmony to a new level, and their work becomes a beautiful art form where breath meets music meets spirit. Their performances are more about transformation than entertainment, though I found it highly FUN to be in the audience as I watched them weave their magic and coax the audience to sing, dance, become the message they were whispering with their lyrics and tunes.
Music has been a precious companion my whole life, from the early days of daddy singing his campfire songs and country ballads, through teen years of “Imagining” with John Lennon, and into the era where music became an important support for my spiritual evolution.
Bob Sima’s music has helped me move through quite a few moments of despair, back into a deeper level of gratitude and grace. I am enormously grateful for Bob, Shannon and the other muse-icians in the world who are following their hearts to bring more beauty, light, magic, and love to our lives.
Perhaps if all conversations began with the words from some of their songs, the world might really find it’s way to peace and forgiveness.
Thank you Bob and Shannon for being everyday beacons, lighting the way for a more unified world.
To you I say, “Thank You” … and I feel grace.
Bob’s Music Mission:
“I come with a crystal clear divine purpose. With utmost and sacred devotion, I encapsulate – in song – my interpretations of the ancient, timeless wisdom of the ascended masters and of the contemporary teachers I meet in this life. Each and every song I birth begins as my personal conversation with Source, delivered as life lessons of spiritual growth, transformation, and expansion of consciousness. I share this gift to soften the hardest of hearts, widen the narrowest of smiles, loosen the tightest of grips, lighten the heaviest of loads, and thin the thickest of walls of as many souls as I can possibly reach. All for the greater purpose of lifting as much light and consciousness into this world at this time in human evolution when it is so called to be done.”
Here are a few of my most treasured songs from Bob, and a link to the BobSima.com site so you can discover more for yourself.
The first song I heard from Bob was, “Put a little more love in the world.”
The words, “If you’re the only one to believe, stand up and set us free” was an important pull when I was at a giving-up place in my life. >>>>Listen to & buy the song HERE
This is music for meditating and driving and listening to over again to get the full meaning. I encourage you to support this muse-ician by purchasing a couple albums!
